CADETTE MENTAL AWARENESS PATCH

Mental health and stigma often go hand in hand, making some young people feel like they can’t talk about their concerns or experiences with friends and family. Find your voice through conversations and activities around mental wellness, behavioral issues, and healthy habits, all from a space where you can be yourself. With the Cadette Finding My Voice patch program, you’ll get a chance to learn about:

• Mental health stigma and how your voice matters
• Helping friends who may be in trouble 
• Being mindful about social media 
• Self-care and how to practice it  

When you've earned this patch, you’ll know how to speak up to help yourself and others who may be experiencing mental wellness struggles.
