11. Junior Mental Wellness - Knowing My Emotions

Young people are currently facing a mental health crisis, yet they continue to be uncomfortable discussing these issues. Help start the conversation through conversations and activities around mental wellness, behavioral issues, and healthy habits, all from a space where you can be yourself. With the Junior Knowing My Emotions patch program, you’ll get a chance to learn:

• Positive coping skills when you feel stressed or anxious 
• How to name your feelings to help talk about them 
• Ways to show kindness to others who might be going through a tough time 

When you've earned this patch, you’ll know how to name your feelings and use positive coping skills to improve your mental wellness.
